A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the engineers and ordnance workshop between 61½ and 64 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck. The photographer is looking aft on the starboard side of the compartment. A work bench fitted with a Record 112 vice and with shelves above is on the left. A toolbox belonging to LMEM Coppenhall is at the end of the bench. Another work bench with shelves and cupboards above is on the aft bulkhead. A large multi-purpose lathe, drill and grinder is on the right in the centre of the workshop. A vertical format negative.
