A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the engineers and ordnance workshop between 61½ and 64 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck. The photographer is looking to starboard from the port side at the aft end of the compartment. A work bench fitted with a vice is on the right and a toolbox belonging to LMEM Coppenhall is at the end of the bench. Another work bench fitted with a Record 112 vice and with shelves above is on the starboard side. A large multi-purpose lathe, drill and grinder is on the left in the centre of the workshop.
