A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the officer's galley between 49 and 50 stations on the port side of 2 deck. The photographer is looking to port from just inside the doorway. A worktop and sink unit with cupboards and drawers below and a shelf above is on the left with an oven, hot plate and grill next to it. A dumb waiter lift is on the right. An automatic emergency lantern and a first aid cabinet are on the ship's side. A vertical format negative.
