Mohawk (1962). The helicopter night flying lighting arrangement on the after funnel.

A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. The photographer is looking forward and to port from on top of the mortar handing room showing the helicopter night flying lighting arrangement on the after funnel. A group of three floodlights is on either side of the funnel, below the grill in the funnel is the glide path indicator and below it on an horizontal bar are the three horizon lights. A vertical format negative.
