A starboard broadside view of the Ellerman Line cruise ship City of Nagpur (1922) anchored off Funchal, Madeira.
A slightly distant starboard very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the Ellerman Line cruise ship City of Nagpur (1922) anchored off Funchal, Madeira. An accommodation ladder is rigged at the forward end of the superstructure, her port anchor is deployed and she is flying the Blue Peter from the foremast starboard yardarm. An awning is rigged over number two hatch and a few local bumboats are by the ship. The hills in the background are partially obscured by mist and low cloud. The negative is slightly out of focus. Negative numbers P83552 to P83554 inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
