A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty, where this photograph was taken. The photographer is on the starboard side of 1 deck at 56 station looking aft and to starboard showing the underside of the 27 feet motor whaler in her davits between 56 and 60 stations. On the deck is the 13 feet 7 inches GRP (glass reinforced plastic) motor dory.
