A roll film negative. On board the submarine Sealion (1959) towards the end of a long refit at Portsmouth. The photographer is in the forward torpedo compartment looking slightly aft and up at the deckhead of the picture and the two handwheels for the vent valves to No. 1 main tank in the centre of the picture. A vertical format negative.
