Sealion (1959). In the forward torpedo compartment between 16 and 34 stations.
A roll film negative. On board the submarine Sealion (1959) towards the end of a long refit at Portsmouth. The photographer is in the forward torpedo compartment looking to starboard from the centreline between 26 and 27 stations showing close detail of the framework on the middle and lower torpedo reload racks. A wrapped coil of wire rope is stowed under the lower rack. Three drums marked 'transport, stow and use this side up' are below deck plate level.
