A roll film negative. On board the submarine Sealion (1959) towards the end of a long refit at Portsmouth. The photographer is in the forward torpedo compartment looking to starboard and up from the centreline between 28 and 29 stations showing close detail of the framework on the upper torpedo reload rack. Under the deckhead on the left are the No. 183 transceiver unit and its power supply box and in the centre are five boxes each marked 'BU 6 short' and a panel marked 'S.E.I.E.8'. A vertical format negative.
