A roll film negative. On board the submarine Sealion (1959) towards the end of a long refit at Portsmouth. The photographer is in the forward torpedo compartment looking to starboard and down from the centreline between 28 and 29 stations showing close detail of the framework on a torpedo reload rack. Two wrapped coils of wire rope are under the lower rack.. A vertical format negative.
