The photographer is in the forward torpedo compartment looking to port, forward and up at 28 and 29 stations from the centreline showing the upper and middle torpedo reload racks. A hoop bar on the extreme right is labelled No. 3 port middle. Spare gear lockers C2 and C3 and oxygen candle stowage are against the port side. A vertical format negative.
