Sealion (1959). In the forward torpedo compartment between 16 and 34 stations.

A roll film negative. On board the submarine Sealion (1959) towards the end of a long refit at Portsmouth. The photographer is in the forward torpedo compartment looking up and to port from the centreline at 33 station. On the aft support beam for the torpedo reload racks are the instructions for loading and firing the S.S.E. Mk 2 submerged signal ejector. Below it is a modification record equipment notice (partially obscured by a metal framework). The submerged signal ejector is under the deckhead.
