Sealion (1959). In the forward torpedo compartment between 16 and 34 stations.

A roll film negative. On board the submarine Sealion (1959) towards the end of a long refit at Portsmouth. The photographer is in the forward torpedo compartment looking aft from the centreline at 23 station showing the torpedo reload racks and the torpedo hatch with the loading chute fitted. The port side middle and lower reload racks are in the down position. The starboard side reload racks are in the stowed or up position showing the reload track on the deck. Canvas hoses are running down through the torpedo hatch and aft through the door in 34 station bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
