On board the Type 12 frigate Lowestoft (1960) in No. 3 basin at Chatham Dockyard near the end of her modernisation which commenced 15 March 1968 and finished 31 May 1970. She was in the basin throughout May 1970. The on the port side showing a dresser with two 4-slice toasters above and a cold water dispenser beside it against the fan chamber bulkhead on the left. A cold sweet and drinks counter is against the port bulkhead next to the dining hall door and another cupboard unit is against the aft bulkhead.
