On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the A/S mortar metadyne room between 63¾ and 67 stations on the centreline of 3 deck looking forward and to starboard showing two metadyne generators on the deck in the left foreground with a resistance box on the forward bulkhead. Against the starboard bulkhead are two amplifiers assembly units, a control panel and a rectifier.
