The photographer is in the A/S mortar metadyne room between 63¾ and 67 stations on the centreline of 3 deck looking forward and to port showing two metadyne generators on the deck in the foreground with a resistance box on the forward bulkhead. Against the port bulkhead are two Metropolitan Vickers starter panels, a stowage box for test rack equipment, a foam fire extinguisher, a telephone and a resistance box. The door to the room is in the port bulkhead.
