On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the No. 2 A/S mortar handing room between 62½ and 66¾ stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking to port and slightly forward from 66 station showing the door to the room closed but not clipped. On the right is the Limbo mortar rack and a ready use locker, a fresh water tank and four Nu-Swift fire extinguisher cartridges are against the end of the rack. A vertical format negative.
