On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the No. 1 A/S mortar handing room between 67¼ and 71 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking aft and to port from 70¾ station showing the battery stowage rack and a fresh water tank against the port side of the ship. A fire extinguisher, four spare Nu-Swift fire extinguisher cartridges, a battery rack and a control junction box are against the aft bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
