The photographer is in the operations room between 31¼ and 35½ stations on 1 deck looking forward from to port of the centreline at 33 station showing the Leabank swivel chair and visual display unit, the JDA 273/293/978 unit and the control unit design 124 tracker of the surface reporter. A stateboard is on the left. Against the forward bulkhead are a first aid cabinet, a T.I.U. 5 test equipment stowage box and a cover base for switch units containing the marker cabinet, ops room display, plotting table 2 and plotting table 1. The door to the room is on the right. A vertical format negative.
