On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the wardroom pantry between 35 and 37¾ stations on 2 deck looking aft showing the sink unit and worktop on the left with cupboards and drawers under and a hot cupboard in the corner. A drying rack, high level shelves, a four-slice toaster, serving hatch and an urn are above the sink unit. A bench and large plate rack are against the inboard bulkhead with the door to the pantry in the corner. Against the aft bulkhead are a paper towel dispenser, coat hooks and the controls for the hot cupboard.
