On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the electronics warfare room between 35½ and 38¼ stations on 1 deck looking forward and to starboard showing two work desks with a control circuit exchange unit between them. The desk in the corner has a tape recorder on it and an intercom jack plug unit above it. The door to the room is on the right.
