On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the wardroom between 35 and 41 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking forward and slightly to port from 40 station showing four armchairs in the foreground. There are two tables set athwartships with each having nine chairs. A sideboard is on the port side with a serving hatch into the pantry. An air conditioning unit and a napkin rack are above the sideboard. A bookcase is in the port forward corner and a pistol cupboard is on the forward bulkhead.
