The Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959). In the provision issue room between 45¼ and 47 stations on the port side of 2 deck.

On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the provision issue room between 45¼ and 47 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking to starboard and slightly forward showing, against the aft bulkhead, a full height shelf rack next to six cereal bins and a three drawer unit on which is a stainless steel worktop with a range of measuring jugs of differing sizes. A shelf above this worktop contains jars of Pumphrey's orange curd and a large number of small boxes labelled 'Mint'. An electric fire is against the starboard bulkhead. A cupboard and shelf unit loaded with tins and cartons is against the forward bulkhead with a domestic refrigerator near the door to the compartment.
