On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the boiler room between 41 and 49 stations on 3 - 4 deck on the port side of the lower platform about 47 station looking to port and slightly forward showing the gauge panel of the 400 Kw A.C. turbo generator. The panel has 17 gauges fitted to it, each one being identified by a metal cast label. A vertical format negative.
