On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the engine room between 49 and 57 stations on 4 deck looking forward and to port from the port side of the lower platform at 51 station showing the lower pipework and valves of the Weir & Drysdale 40 ton fire and bilge pump.
