On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the 1st lieutenant's cabin between 30¼ and 31¾ stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking to port showing a wash basin with toiletries cabinet above, a towel rail and an electric fire against the forward bulkhead. A desk with an air conditioning unit above, a cupboard with drawers under and a wardrobe are against the aft bulkhead. The curtained door is in the inboard bulkhead.
