The photographer is in the navigating officer's cabin between 27½ and 30 stations on the port side of 1 deck looking forward showing a wash basin, toiletries cabinet and Thermotank air conditioning unit against the port bulkhead. The scuttle cover is hinged up and a telephone is next to it. The bunk with drawers under is on the right and a tubular steel armchair is on the deck. A vertical format negative.
