On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in officer's cabin No. 18 between 39 and 41 stations on the port side of 3 deck looking forward showing the bed with drawers under on the right. A folding wash basin, toiletries cabinet and telephone are against the forward bulkhead. An electric fire is against the ship's side. A tubular steel chair is by the bunk. This is said to be the electrical officer's cabin. A vertical format negative.
