On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the C.P.Os and P.Os bathroom between 12½ and 14¼ stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft to starboard from the doorway showing three wash hand basins against the port bulkhead on the right, a shower cubicle in the starboard aft corner and a wash hand basin against the side of the shower cubicle. An hose pipe is in a cage against the ship's side and the scuttle cover is clipped open.
