On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the 4.5 inch magazine between 23 and 527stations on 4 deck looking aft and to port from 25 station showing bottle racks for 4.5 inch cartridges. A fresh water tank, a Nu-Swift fire extinguisher, four spare Nu-Swift fire extinguisher cartridgesand the magazine flood and spray valves are against the aft bulkhead. The vertical steel ladder up to 3 deck is in the centre.
