The Howe 120 Guns in the Medway

Port Broadside view of the 1st rate, 120-gun Howe in ordinary anchored in the Medway. Two cutters are along side. Various other vessels are shown, including a stern view of another in ordinary, one under full sail and another fitted for service but at anchor. In the foreground, two figures on the shore look out to sea.

This appears to be an etching of an original drawing in the sketchbook of H. Moses. See NMM PAD7624.
