On board the guided missile destroyer HMS Kent (1961) alongside the Harland & Wolff Ltd fitting out berth in the Musgrave Channel, Belfast. The photographer is in the C.P.Os' and P.Os' dining hall on 1 deck showing two tables pushed together and twelve tubular steel chairs with floral pattern covers. A serving hatch is on the left, two cupboards are against the bulkheads and an air conditioning unit is under the deckhead.
