On board the guided missile destroyer HMS Kent (1961) alongside the Harland & Wolff Ltd fitting out berth in the Musgrave Channel, Belfast. The photographer is at the top of the foremast looking down and forward showing the MRS3 gun director fitted with a type 903 radar, two twin 4.5 inch Mark VI gun turrets and for forecastle. The ship is starboard side to the berth. Berthed ahead of the Kent (1961) is the tanker Regent Eagle (1959). A vertical format negative.
