On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Londonderry (1958) alongside the west wall in the basin at Rosyth Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 7 July 1967 and completed 28 January 1970. The photographer is in the GWS 20 Seacat missile magazine between 49 and 54 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking forward showing three rows of empty missile holding down positions. A power unit and fire extinguisher are against the starboard bulkhead. On the extreme right is a missile next to the hoist.
