On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Londonderry (1958) alongside the west wall in the basin at Rosyth Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 7 July 1967 and completed 28 January 1970. The photographer is in the communications control room (transmitting) (CCR(TX)) between 28 and 31 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking to port from 30 station showing a bench with a ledger shelf unit and a can of Fanta orange flavour drink on it. A 692/2 cabinet is against the aft bulkhead with a large wooden box in front of it. A CCR switch and fuse distribution panel is against the port side of the ship with a fuse panel above it.
