On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Londonderry (1958) alongside the west wall in the basin at Rosyth Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 7 July 1967 and completed 28 January 1970. The photographer is in the GWS 20 seacat launcher crew's shelter between 50 and 52¼ stations on 02 deck looking forward from the doorway showing a folding seat with a workman's tool bag and an electrical box on it. A check fire bell, a main armament broadcast speaker and an hydraulic pump automatic indicator lamps box are against the bulkhead. A full height steel cupboard and a fire extinguisher are against the starboard bulkhead.
