On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Berwick (1959) alongside the south wall in No.3 basin at Chatham Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 4 December 1967 and completed 4 June 1971. The photographer is in No. 2 naval store between 12½ and 15½ stations on 4 deck looking forward and to starboard from the centreline at 14½ station showing different type of storage racks and shelves. On the shelves are products in paper sacks and hessian sacks, metal drums and cardboard boxes. Two of the cardboard boxes contain bars of hard yellow soap. A vertical format negative.
