The photographer is in the lobby between 14¾ and 19 stations on 3 deck looking aft from 16 station showing the door to the combined technical library and planned maintenance office on the right. A padlocked watertight hatch is at the aft end of the lobby against the junior rates' mess bulkhead. A fire extinguisher and a fire hose rack are also by the aft bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
