On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Berwick (1959) alongside the south wall in No.3 basin at Chatham Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 4 December 1967 and completed 4 June 1971. The photographer is in the combined radar office between 36½ and 41 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking aft from 38 station showing a ship's head marker generator, a radio receiver, a control amplifier, a transmitter data bearing service unit and eight multi-connection boxes against the aft bulkhead. A range of units are against the port side of the ship. A vertical format negative.
