On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Berwick (1959) alongside the south wall in No.3 basin at Chatham Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 4 December 1967 and completed 4 June 1971. The photographer is in the transmitting station between 26 and 28¼ stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft and to starboard from 27 station showing an MRS 3 Mod 3 T.S.O. panel with a Mark 9 PU firing control unit below it, four junction boxes and a flash unit against the aft bulkhead. Against the starboard side on the left is a gunnery director and firing control panel. A vertical format negative.
