On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Berwick (1959) alongside the south wall in No.3 basin at Chatham Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 4 December 1967 and completed 4 June 1971. The photographer is in the communications control transmitting section room (CCR(TX)) between 28 and 31 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking aft from 29 station showing a Thermotank air conditioning unit, a CCR transmitter switch and fuse distribution panel and some coats against the ship's side. Type 692 radio cabinets numbers 5 and 6 are facing the photographer. A vertical format negative.
