The photographer is in the aft auxiliary machinery and gland space (thrust block compartment) between 103 and 107 stations below the main flat. He is looking forward and to starboard on the starboard side showing lockers 6 and 7 against the forward bulkhead above the starboard propeller shaft thrust block. The brake is in the foreground and against the side of the boat is a large air bottle. A vertical format negative.
