A roll film negative. On board the submarine Sealion (1959) towards the end of a long refit at Portsmouth. The photographer is in the control room passage between 56 and 70 stations on the main flat looking aft and to starboard from 65 station showing the padlocked door to the W/T (wireless transmitter) office at 70 station. On the left is the Ademar mast well and next to it are a distribution box, a salinometer and an automatic emergency lantern. The panel to the snort head heater cable changing box on the snort mast well is partly undone. The communications mast well is on the right, aft of the W/T office door. A vertical format negative.
