A roll film negative. On board the submarine Sealion (1959) towards the end of a long refit at Portsmouth. The photographer is in the control room between 59 and 69 stations looking aft and to starboard from 64 station showing the door to the radar office on the right. The echo sounder recorder is to the left of the door with type 183 or 185 sonar units below it. A distribution box, junction panel C3 and the ring main isolating link cabinet are on the left above the hatch leading down to the auxiliary machinery compartment. A vertical format negative.
