The photographer is in the aft torpedo compartment between 108 and 117 stations on the main flat looking to starboard from 109 station showing a locker labelled S.E.I.E (submerged escape immersion equipment) 20, a S.S.E. (submerged signal ejector) asbestos blanket, a fire hose stowage, a fuse box, a power pack and a loudspeaker are against the boat's side. A berth, a cushioned seat and a table are in the foreground. A tube selection unit Mk. 4 model 1 manufactured by Laurence Scott Electromotors Ltd and a 6-way switch panel are against the forward bulkhead and a Mark 80 control panel is in the corner. A Smith's Astral wall clock is showing the time as 6.35. A vertical format negative.
