Portable reflector telescope

Portable reflector telescope by Thomas Wright.

Telescope: The barrel is made of brass. Adjustable inclination and rotary movement. The screw-on eyepiece has a brass cap, and there is a brass cap on the object end. On each end of the top of the barrel are attatchments for sighting. Within the barrel are primary and secondary specula. Screw thread focusing for the secondary mirror by use of the rod attatched to the side of the barrel. The telescope is in good condition. The length of the tube with the eyepiece is 440 mm, and the diameter of the barrel is 675 mm.

Stand: The telescope is mounted on a brass pillar, which has three collapsable claw legs.

Box and accessories: The box is missing.
