Sword belt buckle

Part of a brass sword belt buckle. Motif of an eagle facing left clutching an anchor with three cannon balls below it, encapsulated by 13 stars in a circle of rope with the outer rim made up of oak leaves and acorn decoration. The left of the buckle is a rectangular frame for the belt strap to pass through.
