A close-up starboard broadside view beteween the bow and the bridge of the Plymouth-registered steam trawler Reginald (1899) aground and dried out on the Ledge, at Porth Hellick, St. Mary's. The tide is out adn there is a significant gap under the keel between the bow the bridge area. 'PH 75 REGINALD' is painted in white on the starboard bow.

The Reginald ran ashore on the Ledge at Porth Hellick on 5 July 1902. The bow ended on a flat rock, about 12 feet out of water. The stern was on rocks in about 6 feet water. The forefoot was twisted and rivets broken where the trawler struck, but otherwise no damage visible. The tug Eagle arrived from Falmouth and towed the Reginald off, which then made its way to Plymouth under its own steam.
