A slightly distant starboard bow view of the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Duchess of Richmond (1928) moored at La Guaira, Venezuela. Her port anchor is deployed and she is also moored to buoys forward and aft An accommodation ladder is rigged at the aft shell door and lifeboats 13 and 15 have been launched. The bows of sailing vessels are on the left with a steam harbour tug near to them. A wharf is on the right.
