HMS Adventure (1924)

Scale 1:2. A plan showing the design for a history scroll to be carved in teak. The scroll has a centrepiece of a 'heraldic' shield surrounded by Battle Honours (all 17th Century). Attached to the drawing is a photograph of a medal or seal, the obverse of which is used as the basis for the design of the centrepiece of the history scroll. Scroll to be positioned on 240 bulkhead (quarterdeck).
